hi everyone! i had a question,

My boyfriends location has been looking like this for the past day or two (?), and when I check if he turned off his circle location it shows as on, but when I look at his actual profile it shows as "no network or phone off"

I was thinking maybe his phone is off, on airplane more or just dead? ive had to repost this like 3 times🥲pls lmk!
