Same as title. Complained to hero harley. Dealer temporarily assured that will remove those charges and now saying can’t remove even if harley’s CEO calls. What to do and any help from your end plz

As i have finalised and book the x440 bike and will take delivery on 20th oct, i want some help from your end. Showroom is asking 5k as incidental charges which according to law is illegal but showroom is not ready to remove those charges. I have mailed Harley Davidson and also DMed on Linkedin Zonal manager of Pune Mr Amit Pandya but as of now, no solution or reply from them. What should I do? Should i mail or spam higher authorities or should i accept those charges and pay them? Also, they are charging 5k for middle stand, leg guard and bash plate.( actually they cost 3700₹). No other dealer in Kolhapur other than them (Unique Premia Kolhapur). What should I do? Plz help me

It might be some random knowledge but as one of my friend is going to get X440T, i have tried to decode the VIN number of x440/X440T/hero premia sold bikes
10th letter of VIN is year of manufacture
R. — 2024
S. — 2025
T. —- 2026
U. —2027
.
12th letter will be month of manufacturing
A. January
B. Feb
C. March
D. April
E. May
F. June
G. July
H. Aug
J. Sept
K. Oct
L. Nov
M. December

New changes in bikes is mostly incorporated from March manufacturing.
Also, some batch gets CEAT tyres while Some gets MRF tyres. It’s purely luck based to get CEAT/MRF tyres.

Same as title. I am going to buy x440 vivid variant during amazon sale but as none of my friends and relatives have amazon icici credit card, i am asking here. Looking only for people from pune or Kolhapur so that i can deal with them face to face to maintain trust
