I am curious if people actually ever get kicked out due to on the job performance. Not things like class grades, being late or tardy to work or drug tests. Things like lack of job knowledge, being a slow worker, stuff like that. Just curious because I’ve never seen it happen, I see people written up for it but never actually seem to be kicked out, not sure if the write ups are just a scare tactic or if they actually kick people out

My girlfriend (19 f) who I have been dating 3 years now came out to me (19 m) as bisexual 2 different times now, one of the times right after being flirted with by a girl. Another weird part is it has only been when very drunk. I do not care that much if she is bi or not I would just like her to be open with me. When I have asked her about it sober she says she’s not so I’m just confused with the whole situation and I don’t want to bother her about it but I also am curious to know and want her to be open. Did what she say even mean anything, or could she just be drunk?
