New to monitors
Ok so I bought Tree Trunks to add to my lizard collection and I’ve wanted a monitor before and saw her for $100 and snagged her. Well she doesn’t eat a lot, she came in a tank with nothing pretty much so I switched her to a 30-40 gal(not sure exactly) and she always hides, she burrows to where she seems to be unable to get out and has almost drowned herself before:,) I’m super worried and I care about her a lot, I’m not worried about socializing right now I’m worried she’s unhealthy or experienced something with her last owners.

After spay weirdness
We recently got my mothers dog spayed and she has puppies last year, her spay was last Thursday and she’s been acting super weird.
She of course tears her cones and stuff off so we have to monitor her, but she’s been nesting and yesterday carried her water bowl full of water to my sister in law and dumped it in her lap and then drug it through the house. Along with her food bowl, but then she also gets mouths full of food and stuffs it in the couch or my parents bed or under it. I had to put out heavy bowls she can’t lift but she’s acting aggressive towards anyone that doesn’t live with us so I’m worried something is wrong.
