I’m so stupid

I really gotta control my emotions. Especially when I’m being worn out. It’s one of the make or break moments in life.

Cuz I always end up showing my anger and making a fool out of myself. Losing opportunities. Ugh I hope I change one day

The case is as follows:
An accident happened on road, a car collided with a bike carrying 3 passengers. The car driver is an employee of a central university. The traffic police booked a case of attempt to murder on the car driver who is also the main subject. One of the victim was allegedly the driver’s second wife. In court, it was ruled that this was just an accident and there was no relation between the victim and the accused.

Fast forward, the central university dismissed the accused saying he did not inform the university about this case, and that having a second wife is against the rules (which was true). This happened in 2015.

Given no response from the university, a writ I believe to be mandamus was filed in SC and the SC ruled that he should be reinstated immediately.

However, for 10 years, the accused was put on leave, only given basic allowances and also missed the salaries for some months and never compensated. He was called to duty again in 2025 and was given his job back after he proved that he did infact inform the university of the incident and also that the victim was not of any relation to him.

Now, can the central university really just ignore SC’s ruling like that and not give him the job? Not pay him any arrears? Deprive him of a promotion? He was never promoted despite having a PhD, joined as a lecturer, still a lecturer aka asst professor because this central body refused to follow the Supreme Court’s decision. Is this not wrong?
