good rule of thumb for where to hoop late at night?
I just practiced at what I supposed was an ok place to play in at about 12. I was swiftly yelled at by one of the residents and left and Im feeling reeeeal sorry about it. The thing is to me I thought the building was a fair distance away from the court so I could play, is there a good rule of thumb to determine whether its ok to play or not??
