My husband will be starting Cymbalta in the next week after he weans off of his current SSRI. He is a truck driver & I have seen a pretty big side effect is drowsiness. He does leave for work at 4 am. Is it better to take the medicine at night or morning to battle the drowsiness?

My husband just got prescribed Cymbalta after his Lexapro not doing the job. We are wanting to have kids but seeing all of the horror stories of the orgasms not happening have us worried. Does it the orgasms come back or is it just a struggle?
