I've turned on digital detox. I've added some apps and websites in the detox settings. But the problem is that I still can access those apps and websites. I'm not sure what I've missed. Could you please help me?

I'm trying to use qvar as the maintenance med. I'm using salbutamol as rescuer. I'm also using flonase nasal spray for allergy. So far, the combo is not doing great. I'm needing the rescue inhaler almost every day. For many years, I was taking Singulair. It's a very good med to control asthma. It worked really great for me. But the side effects are really noticeable. I experience vivid dreams, mood changes, anxiety if I take Singulair. I'm still using Singulair as qvar hasn't started to work. But I'm taking it in the morning. Though it works much better at night. But I guess won't be able to switch to take any med in place of Singulair. I've tried several oral med, inhalers. Nothing worked much. I'm feeling the same right now. Qvar is not making a bit of difference so far. Many says it takes a while to start to work. I'm taking it with hope that it will work for me as well. So, this is my current situation. What about you? Are you managing your asthma well?
