For anyone wondering how to do infinite money loop, here's the answer
Do a normal maxxed run. Just focus on making huge amount and money and stop at the shop.
You need :
- Shop refresh perk
- Stamina refresh when you use an item (all forms)
- Shop prices -60% perk
- Large amount of money (~1000 should do the work)
- The items X2 perk
- Large amount of Stamina (~700 should be able to do reliably)
Then :
- Refresh the shop for the item that spends 50% of your stamina and converts it into money (shown in image)
- Buy some stamina regen
- Repeat
- You can scale your max regen with the item that fills your inventory with random items, just be careful to not use the ones that spend all your money
This loop feedback should give you more money than it consumes hence making an infinite loop.
Just don't be like other guy and overflow your stats as it might bug your achievements count.
[Tier List] V1.0.17 Characters tier list for PvE with brief reviews with each Characters
Note : This is based on personnal experience and visible results in EU. This tier list mostly weighs in characters performance in story mode, world boss and extreme trials. IT DOES NOT INCLUDE PVP Also note that : Tanks = defense type Fighters = assault type Assassins = agility type Marksmen = ranged type Mages = special type Supports = support type As I refer them that way since I think it reflects more their playstyles than their actual official class designation.
Tanks
A-Tier : SSR Hermes Costello
Overall, tanks aren't great progression wise, since 2/3 of the modes you'll be playing heavily relies on DPS output. The fighter class is also tanky enough that they can act as main tanks for your team. They mostly shine in story mode where surviving for 30 secondes and completing the level with 90% of remaining HP pool are hard thresholds to achieve.
With that out of the way, Hermes is with no surprise the strongest tank in the game as it's also the only SSR tank currently. She mainly shines as her skillset not only gives you a very hard to kill frontline, she's also a great peeler and does punish ennemies that sneaks into your backline. I think she's the only one that can both fill out tank and support duty at the same time.
However I won't recommend using her second ultimate, it's certainly decent but you rarely want your Hermes to deal AOE damage and stuns as good as it might sound. In situtation where you need damage she's really not the best option and in the situation you really need Hermes it's for her shield distribution more than anything else.
A-Tier : R Rubber Soul (Yellow temperence/ Fake Kakyoin)
IMO the best tank in terms of cost-efficiency. You can max him in less than a week and he just gets the job done at taking fire from all ennemies at once. Nothing more to add, just pure efficiency.
C-Tier : SR Leone Abbacchio
I think this the only other viable option if you're looking for a tank. His main use is when you're severely under powered, with Hermes not available and Rubber Soul getting stat-checked. His initial shield with the tank passive should be able to give you those extra seconds if you run a comp that needs some time to set-up.
D-Tier : SR Ghiaccio
Starting from the least bad in D-tier which is Ghiaccio. He could be the tankiest character in the game if you have attack reduction, defense buffs and specifically play against high attack speed auto attackers; Which is absolutely absolutely way too specific of a situation to invest in him and is absolutely pointless of a win condition (making your tank unkillable). However I do believe in the very rare case where all of these conidtions are met, he's actually quite decent since damage reduction is the best form of bulkness as it ignores anti-heal, stats debuff and piercing damage.
D-Tier : SR Rudol von Stroheim
0 purpose on self healing tank. Terrible scaling, just run a support if you need a frontline that can sustain. He gets defence boost but it's really not that intersting. Displacement currenltly has no value.
D-Tier : SR Santviento
He's a solo defence stacker type of tank. I don't see when this will ever come to use since being tankier the longer the game draws on doesn't contribute at winning at all. + most of the times ennemies deal more damage over time and you lose the 20% dmg reduction so basically you're not tankier than before.
He's like Rudol but his sustain relies on his ultimate which means he also dies the moment he gets stunned.
Fighters
S-Tier : SSR Prosciutto
Best AOE character in the game period. A must have on any account, just absolutely demolishes every gamemode exept world boss; where the worst part he's that he's actually good thanks to debuffs (just not THE best) + when bosses have multiple target "limbs" he becomes meta again. I could go on how senelity is absolutely broken of a status and bonus part is that he starts the fight almost fully charged and already applies debuffs on start. Arguably the best in the game.
S-Tier : SSR Jotaro Kujo (part 2)
It's insane how he's this tanky when his entire kit is scaling melee damage. I think you can make the argument that if Prosciutto is not the best character in the game, Jotaro currently is. He's one of the best in every gamemode and will act as your main frontline with Prosciutto. He's a lot better at dealing with single target bosses.
A-Tier : R Bruford
Easy to scale early game character, has good damage multiplier. I just deals good damage and is reliable because he doesn't need enablers.
B-Tier : SR Chakah (Anubis)
Think of him as a poor man's Jotaro. A scaling melee DPS but you remove his tankiness and needs more time to get going. I could see a world where he shines particularly well in world boss so I can't put him any lower.
C-Tier : SR Tarukus
Only good when you have the kill this specific target first and don't run assassins for whatever reason. Works even at level 1 so great utility to have. Bonus points because his model is huge in game and always makes me laugh.
C-Tier : SR Lisa Lisa
Quite unique skillset, a situationnaly helpful displacement for once. Cool passive that gives enrgy to your best unit and some shield to not die instantly. I think she's really solid but I can't think of a gamemode where her skillset is outclassing the best characters.
C-Tier : SR Sports Maximum
Obviously paired with Keicho Nijimura. I think the summon a bunch of stuff trope is too gimmicky in this game. I just can't look away the fact that this strategy is SO vulnerable to any form of AOE. However when they will put perhaps a boss that can one shot units, it will be the best soaker alongside his duo Keicho. Very situationnal and we have yet to see the situation yet.
C-Tier : SR Viviano Westwood
Needs a lot of enablers but can be your main DPS when boss is weak to fire. Not worth building around but still a niche
D-Tier : SR Secco
I don't see the point of immobilizing ennemies, you have better option when it comes to debuff and just play a tank if you need to be tanky.
D-Tier : R Luca
Blueford but you make him 20% weaker for no reason.
Assassins
A-Tier : SSR Bruno Bucciarati
Assassins aren't the best when it comes to PvE but it does get the job done when you deploy them. Bucciarati is the perfect exemple of what a good typical assassin is. Straight to the backline, disable them while dishing out tremendous amount of damage. Frail in the late game but good noneless.
A-Tier : SSR Diavolo
Very similar to Bucciarati. His burst and passive enables multiple assassins comp. Just good overall and what you expects from an assassin.
A-Tier : R Strais
Shines in World Boss and very cost effective. Doesn't need enablers just good DPS
B-Tier : SR Mario Zucchero
The ultimate f* you in particular character, when unchecked he just CC chains someone to death with respectable damage. His below average stealth duration just makes him a bit to frail to my liking but still has his use cases.
B-Tier : SR Fromaggio
Defintely has his niche, working as more of an AOE backline attacker that is actually on their backline. Quite decent.
C-Tier : SR Melone
Same gimmick as Akira, instead of having something that helps them survive, they do something when they die. Melone is the scaling one. Not much of a fan since you rather play scaling options with teammates that also scales and they need Melone to soak a bit in order to work.
C-Tier : SR Akira Otoishi
Same as Melone but very much more early game focused and causes disruption. However I can't look past that very small margin between a glass cannon and just using 4 heroes instead 5 if your powerspike is mitigated by a very large HP pool, another wave spawning etc.
C-Tier : R Squalo
In my testing it's slightly worse than Strais but I've seen people having results with it in world boss so I won't call it bad either.
C-Tier : R Gwess
Cost effective but clearly a signficantly worse Mario Zucchero
D-Tier : SR N'dour
Actually not as pointless as other D-tier but it's like a marksman without the marksman perks. His gimmick is also revealing stealth but there are way better options to counter assasins overall than N'Dour
Marksmen
S-Tier : SSR Foo Fighters (F.F.)
Call me crazy but it's the most underrated unit in my eyes. She has one of the most ridiculous scaling potential and in some instances reaches +99 stacks of both attack and defense whilst applying 25% weakness to her target. Moreover, her ultimate creates clone that is surprisingly tanky like a 2 for 1 package deal that inherits FF's stacks. She has respectable self sustain and being able to scale, DPS and also soak this effectively puts her in S-Tier.
S-Tier : SSR Ceasar
The most complete backline DPS, just dishes huge amount of raw damage. Good both in AOE and single target situations. Scales a bit with time but is effective right at the start. Is useful in every gamemodes.
A-Tier : SR Hol Horse
His entire kit is just spamming one single ennemy with huge stacking damage, one of the best world boss DPS currently.
B-Tier : SR Jongali A
Insane single target burst damage, clearly meant to oneshot people. Main problem is that he doesn't scale so his DPS on world boss (where single target damage is avlued) is quite low. Not useless noneless.
B-Tier : SR Guido Mista
Kind of a Jack-of-All traits master of none character. Good damage and is not terrible against mutliple ennemies, just not the best. It sums up Mista in most situations you will have, it's good but just not the best.
C-Tier : SR Keicho Nijimura
Pretty much the same as Sports maximum, relies on a gimmick with very few support pieces currently. Could be insane in the right situation but it just doesn't exist in this current version of the game.
D-Tier : R Sale
A marksman with no damage with useless traits. WTF are we doing here
Mages
B-Tier : SSR Koichi Hirose
The oddest type of the game by far, this where we actually expects huge amount of AOE because they're all ultimate reliant. However this list starts with Koichi whose the ultimate Jotaro enabler. It just covers everthing Jotaro needs, extra bulk, some passive AOE and attack speed boost. It could be argued that his synergy is SO GOOD with Jotaro that he belongs to A tier. However the thing is, it's everything that Koichi is good at right now. If you want a good Koichi, you must have a good Jotaro.
B-Tier : SSR Mohammed Avdol
Maybe my most controversial take but Avdol is a good character but it's absolutely awful as a banner character. You have very little burn synergy right now and he's just not worth compared to Jotaro's banner for the same price. The worst part is the he's competing against Ceasar and FF whose are clearly not to envy Avdol's DPS. Don't get me wrong he's really strong but if we take in the cost-effective factor, it's one of the worst investment right now.
B-Tier : SR Narancia (Aerosmith/Lil Bomber)
Fire type AOE damage spammer. Decent but rarely needed.
B-Tier : SR Pet Shop
Ice type AOE damage spammer. Decent but rarely needed.
C-Tier : SSR Cioccolata
UNFORTUNATELY MY BELOVED, MY BOY, you are NOT good. Supposedly the ultimate DOT AOE Final Boss. Long energy charge, very lackluster burst, needs a LOT of enablers. Your best bet is to have a massive AOE CC spammer to set the spores for you which we don't have currently (I mean I can only think of R Mariah and it's absolutely not worth it when I tried). The only thing it's good at is setting a timer. If Ciccolata lives for a minute, the ennemies are absolutely cooked by his AOE DPS. However it's just lots of extra steps not to mention how much you're cooked if they have any type of purify.
D-Tier : SR Fake Captain Dragon
Take everything bad I said about Cioccolata but now imagine you don't hit everybody, you deal less damage and you die 10 times faster. This is hot garbage
D-Tier : R Shigeki (Harvest)
You deal no damage and when you think draining energy is good, you remind yourself that other characters just stuns instead and deals a ton more damage.
D-Tier : R Angelo (Aqua Necklace)
When you read dampness' effect you think hey it's intersting and then you realize it's the only thing that he does. Then you think who could benefit of this and come to a second disastrous realization that it's Ciocolatta and then wonder why the hell did they put them on the same type so they end up anti-synergistic to activate rush mode to finally ask yourself how tf mage type is somehow the worst type in the game.
Supports
A-Tier : SSR Giorno Giovanna
Definitely going to end up S-Tier as time goes by, it's a generalist enabler + targeted sustain so very good when paired with a designated tank. Right now a good stabilizer and after most people unlocks his emblems and perks easy S-tier endgame support with all the energy distribution shenanigans.
A-Tier : SR Rangler
Strong Marksmen enabler. Easy S-tier if it wasn't so frail and if he dealt a bit more damage himself. He's the Koichi to Jotaro of your Ceasar if that makes sense.
B-Tier : SR Tonio Trussardi
The goat of guys we just stick together for 30 seconds and inshallah we make it through full life in story mode. Could also be a nice tech when there's a lot AOE Damage distribution.
B-Tier : SR Kenzo
Similar to rangler, it enables DPS on the crit side so heavy burst like Mista and Jongalli A appreciates it. He has less survivability problems but isn't as potent as Rangler's amplification
B-Tier : SR Robert SpeedWagon
Clearly one of the hardest to judge as up now, he feels like more specialized Giorno Giovanna that will benefit auto attackers more. Seen very few times and needs his emblems and perks to function. However I'm almost certain that he will be relevant in a few weeks
B-Tier : SR Joseph Joestar (part 3)
He's everything N'Dour wishes to accomplish. His ultimate is his main selling point but tends to be a bit frail for a melee character. The fact that he's a support with no form of sustain is a bit restraining.
C-Tier : SR William Zeppeli
Looks like a solid enabler too but can't find a reason to play him instead of Giorno/Speewagon so it goes down a tier. 5 seconds is also significantly longer than most enablers and Zeppeli doesn't have that perma spam ultimate ceiling.
C-Tier : R Mariah
Definitely feels like she should be higher but right now there's nothing meta relevant that can benefits from her shenanigans. Could definitely work as a Ciocolatta enabler in the future
C-Tier : R Peschi
Mario Zucchero but you deal no damage. It's like you fusion Peschi and Gwess you get Zucchero. However CC chaining someone right at the start is enough of baseline floor to grant a C-tier. There's a world where it could be useful.
Feel free to share your thoughts and whether or not you agree with this list. I just started to play 5 days ago so there's a lot of synergy I didn't try/discovered yet !
We are NOT ready for this guy's tyranny in World Boss once he'll be released
As I went through the man in the mirror story mode I just couldn't think of anything else than Fugo being absolutely broken if he's released. He could be the ultimate DOT DPS due to Purple Haze's ability. If he gets a the SSR banner treatment we're here for the ultimate tank melter.
Today we spreading Funny Valentine's b00ty ch33ks (aka.misinformation)
Absolute W from the devs for not using weighted odds at the roulette
Just wanting to point that out, no rewardbait and everything has the same odds which is almost unheard of in gacha games
