So, I have a 2008 Ford F150 5.4L, King Ranch trim. She has about 210k miles on her, and the engine is burning a shit load of oil. I went down by 2 quarts in a couple months. I'm starting to use 5W-30 in her as a lot of people have recommended to me. My question is, what does everyone use as a brand and label? Do y'all stick with the "High Mileage" labelled oil or do you run something else?
