HyperX Cloud Alpha 2 - problems out of the box
Hi,
I am having serious problems with this headset.
First, the microphone quality is very poor.
Second, the NGENUITY software does not detect the headset, so there is no way to update it through the app. I tried updating the firmware manually, but it still does not seem to be the latest version available.
Finally, the headset randomly turns off completely, very often. When this happens, I cannot turn it back on normally. I hear the power-on sound, but it is immediately followed by the power-off sound. The only thing that helps is plugging the headset in to charge, unplugging it, and then turning it on again. However, even after doing this, it usually turns off again after another two minutes.
Because of these issues, the headset is currently unusable. Could you please advise whether this can be fixed? Massively disappointed, 200e headset...
