Does anyone else feel weirdly guilty when a doctor takes your symptoms seriously?

I’ve had tingling in my arm for more than two weeks so I made an appointment honestly thinking it would be a quick in and out - pinched nerve - go to PT- done.

Instead, they ordered an MRI

Now my brain keeps ping-ponging between I wish this tingling would stop and oh no did the tingling stop?!

It’s like there’s a part of me that believes if the symptom goes away that it’s my fault for tricking the doctor into thinking I needed an MRI.

Does anyone else feel like this about medical stuff?
