SOS. kinda? Idk. I’m stressing. All my classes are on college ave. I see people posting that it’s absolutely terrible to try to get parking unless you get there EARLY. But some days my classes are at like 1pm and later. And some days they are at 8:30 am or 10:20. So where should I get a permit for??

Hi! I have some questions. I am transferring to Rutgers this upcoming fall semester. I am going for communications journalism. How do we find what books we need? Is there any community for people with similar degrees where they can meet and plan things together? I am coming from a small community college so this will be a culture shock for me.
