Best Place to Frame Artwork Between DIY and Museum Quality?

I've got a bunch of old rock posters and kiddo artwork I'd like to have framed.

- DIY options include Michaels or IKEA frames
- Museum quality framing is too spendy for this level of artwork

I'm willing to pay for someone's time & quality. I don't have time to DIY them.

Is there somewhere reasonably priced in Albany / Corvallis / Salem / Eugene where I can have about 10-12 posters framed, where I won't need to triple-mortage the house to do so?
