Please help. My sundew is drying up and there’s straight stems that keep growing from the center. What am I supposed to do? Light is p1000 about 14-18 inches away. Keeping it on for 12ish hours. The cacti are loving it and the pitchers and vft are seemingly doing well.

Please help. I am new to indoor plants. My coleus is in a west facing window but has black sweet potato and red sweet potato vines blocking the sun so it is indirect and partial shade. Dry brown spots are visible in the center of the leaves. It is indirect 45/55 pumice indoor organic mix. Please help.
