Need help incorporating sentimental pink yarn into an otherwise black cardigan
So I'm making a cardigan for my friend - link attached - in black.
However, she has asked me to incorporate some pink yarn into the cardigan - it’s leftover yarn from her granny, who used to knit her loads of things before she passed away some 15 years ago, so it holds significant value to her.
I’ve got approx 270m of the pink yarn, but my friend would like to keep some of it unused, so I’m looking for ways to incorporate the pink subtly and tastefully into the cardigan in a way that doesn’t make her look like a ladybird and still has some leftover. It’s enough to make about 1/3 of the whole body.
Does anyone have any suggestions or inspiration that I could use?
I’ll add pictures of the pink yarn in the comments if I can.
