In order to retrieve a closed account, is it typical for their customer assistance to ask you to verify not only the email used for the previous account and the default shipping address, but also the last device I used to sign in (specify the model and brand), and what cities and states I use to sign into my etsy account from?

I have never been asked for that information to confirm an account.
