Hello, My 21 year old daughter met a man 3 months ago that is here on a student visa that expires in December. He has loved bombed her and painted a beautiful picture for her of where he is from (Morocco) and stories of his wealthy family. He has proposed the idea of them getting married in the next few months so that they can file for a green card to live here permanently. As a mother all I see is red flags. Can I hire someone to investigate him and see if everything he is telling her is truthful? I am guessing he has a clean record to be approved for the F-1 Visa. I know this does not stop the marriage but if I could tell her factually if he is lying about his life.
