Help me, help myself
38 M, 6'1" currently at 245.
We have a new born so I wasnt as active last month but before that I had been pretty consistent with working since teen years. That being said I have been accumulating belly fat over the last couple years. I blame my hypothyroidism but lets face it, I enjoy bread too.
Diet can always be better but it’s pretty good and I do HiiT training 4x a week.
During the week, my diet is overnight oats after workout (8:30 am), raw vegs and two apples for morning snacking plus some nuts ( munch between 9:30-2), then snack when I get home at 2:30ish and have dinner around 5. Weekends aren’t as clean but generally keep to only eating out 2x per week.
My plan is to
bump by workouts to 7 days a week with additional walking, running, biking and swimming.
increase sleep by getting to bed earlier.
reduce playing COD because I feel like it stresses me out
supplement with DHEA, 7-keto DHEA, creatine, potassium glycinate, a multivitamin, and do 1x protein powder.
Question is am I on the right track?
Should I do extra walking on days I do hiit?
Do I need to track calories?
Should I weigh myself more?
Anyone try stacking DHEA and 7 keto?
Any advice is appreciated…
