My before was very bad, 5 cycle and lil bit other ones with lazy eye.
i have health anxieryt and perfectionism about my body, so i worry too much most of the time,

3 diffrent doctor tell me my doctor did amazing job,

about dry eyes, my screen time is close to 24 hour :)) i mean beside gym everything incloude screen time in my life, i worry first times and i got chill after a while because my eoctor tell me looking screen not cause eye problem after adulthood and lasik so i got chill.

right know, still dry still hoe, but its notmal consider 3 months.

i got rtg innoveyes lasik i paid 3k usd + 1k for drops ( i use too much drop kinda ocd )

btw i was used arnistil eye drop now i switched this other doctors tell me this one better )

Which product is best for 24/7 HR - Step tracking?

I just want to track my heart rate and steps all the time, nothing more. I don’t want a screen, and I’d prefer something with more than 8–10 days of battery life.

1 Year Supply of 2.5mg Dutasteride Storage Question

Hello, I’m currently living in Asia, and a 1-year supply of 2.5mg dutasteride costs only around $220 at pharmaceutical pricing, so it’s extremely cheap here.

The problem is that traveling with 60 boxes of Avodart back to my home country would be difficult.

Would it be okay to remove all the Avodart capsules from the original boxes and store them in a few large Omega-3 containers with plenty of moisture absorbers/silica gel packs?

Would they still remain stable and effective for about 1 year without issues?

I got lasik 11 weeks ago, everything was fine but today after 2 hour of exem my eyes start pain and hurt, after exem i took a video and see this red purple spot and little bit of bleed, i called my doctor and he said everything okay,

tomarrow ill go another doctor just for checkup, but is it okay, no blurry vision just pain like cutting ur hand, like small pain.

in the exem i focused and being hard too much my eyes. and took little bit too much ritalin and caffeine.

my blood pressure is normal, 120-70, and my heart rate is like 100 right now,

pls help.
