Improvement Suggestions?

So I just got promoted from inbound call center agent to a Team Lead, and I also work in our QA department. I know how much this job can suck since I've been doing it non-stop for 3 years now. From a WFH agent's perspective, what would help you do better at work and improve overall morale? Now that I'm in a better position myself, I'm going to try to do as much as I can to improve things for my coworkers. Even really little things would be super helpful. TIA!

Burning chest pain, high heart rate, high blood pressure.

I'm getting desperate here, and I don't really know what to do. I keep having episodes that can last for hours that feel like a panic attack. They can occur during the day but tend to happen more so at night when I'm trying to sleep. I've been to the ER twice in 3 days after never having to go before for anything. I have hypothyroidism and PCOS which came with insulin resistance, but that's about it. My heart rate goes from 90 to 130/140 very quickly, and my highest BP was 176/105. I'm now on 10 mgs of propranolol and 0.25 of xanax. I do have a right bundle branch blockage that they found at my PCP, but they are usually asymptomatic. I am exhausted, and the fact that the ER didn't find anything, and no one knows what this scares me. Has anyone had an issue like this or can possibly provide some insight? I have an appointment tomorrow. I'm just terrified it'll keep happening.
