What’s the maximum size group of people that have viewed your house at one time?

We have 3 kids with partners. They all want to come and view the house we’re buying! That’s 8 adults and my two grandchildren (who are very well behaved) so 10 of us. I had a group of 8 view mine and I was fine with it. But just because I was fine with it doesn’t mean most people are. What do people think? Should I do 2 viewings with half of each group ? Or just see what the sellers say? They have moved out btw and it’s 3200sq ft house

We’re in England

Tititus?

I don’t think I had tinnitus to any massive degree until the last 5-8 weeks. It’s getting steadily worse so I randomly googled tinnitus as a side effect of Reta and it says there’s a thing called Ozempic ear? Has anyone had this? Or just me. And is it reversible. 😭😭😭

Sellers have finally found a house after 3 months but we found somewhere else!

Three months we’ve waited. Living in my dad’s spare room with my husband and dog. House A Seller didn’t want to break the chain even though they said they would when we viewed. Zero communication from them since offer so we told the agent we were looking at other houses. Still no feedback

A house(B) that was out of reach became well within reach. Is bigger better and in a fantastic location.

House A is a 10 year old house on half an acre. It’s a blank canvas. Ticks most boxes. Needs an extension to be viable. Sellers were still looking for a house

House B is 300 year old house which ticked EVERY box. But comes with old house risks just needs new kitchen and bathroom. Sellers are chain free having already bought a house down south

We had survey done on house B Friday and it’s come back with no (run for the hills) reds like damp or structural issues but we’ve not seen the full report yet.

House A agent came back this morning saying they’ve found a place and it’s chain free

I’m sure the universe is laughing at us at this point

We thanked the agent for the information and said nothing about the other house. We can’t make a decision until drain survey is done Thursday and we see the full report

This is awful. I feel terrible. I don’t want to string House A along but I can’t tell them anything until House B checks out. House B knows we have House A in the works and have been completely supportive of doing nothing other than surveys before fully committing.

House A have been a nightmare. No communication out updates. We’ve been completely in the dark for 3 months.

UPDATE: we have told House A that due to their lack of proceedability , we had to view other houses. We have another house in mind which is also chain free and will make a decision by the end of the week. I don’t think we can be fairer than that
