Heavy vs Light groundman

I’ll likely call the hall and ask, but I’d like to know from your experience. Can anyone explain heavy groundman vs light groundman? Is that type of work in addition to how much driving you will do? Also do contractors allow you to learn from heavy groundman say on the heavy side of transporting and hauling heavy equipment? I recently got cdl but was from a 4wk school, 2 1/2 weeks of driving, I can drive a semi but I sure ain’t ready to haul an extra wide load of whatever down the interstate. Is there opportunities to learn while I’m on a light groundman call?

Stem cells for rotator cuff

Has anyone done stem cell treatment for rotator cuff tear? I have a slight tear so I’m considering treating with stem cells. I’m not sure what levels of treatment there is but I’d be looking for basic or not a large dosing, but I’m also curious where can I go that will be cheap? Is a clinic in Tijuana the best route? I think CPI clinic was one i was considering. Does anyone have experience with cpi or other clinics in Tijuana or the states for cheap?

Groundman calls

I’m trying to get into movalley for lineman apprenticeship. Im 38 years old, have a wife (doesn’t work) and 3 kids. I was trying to do this without any groundman hours or real related experience. I work in a factory 12hour rotating day/nights and worked more 72 and 84 hour weeks than I have 48 hour week in last 9 years than I can count. I participate in on-site ERT(emergency response team) and have first aid/aed/cpr cert, class A cdl no restrictions with a tanker endorsement. No heavy equipment experience and only operate forklift and I do forklift certifications as well. Took my aptitude test and felt good about that and interviewed but wasn’t great. I ranked 194. I feel if I had experience as groundman it would have really helped my ranking. I did not sign to any local halls either. I’m worried if I take a groundman call, i wont know when I’ll get called next. How has that worked in past? If you do well will a contractor try to keep you into next job or is that not how it works as that would be skipping next guy in line? I know guys get called for movalley with no experience. I thought about getting my osha 10or 20 et&d and maybe a dogger Derrick cert. but there’s no guarantee that will actually help my ranking if I reinterview. I’d also hate to quit my job for groundman work, reinterview, get new rank and still not get called right away going into fall. Idk what’s best value. I’ll take any insight on what you guys are seeing out there and what’s my best bet. Thanks
