SHEIN won’t refund me..help
I ordered about $250 worth of clothes a month ago. Two weeks ago, I returned about $150 worth of it. Apparently they sent me to two shipping labels, I only recall getting one as I always save the shipping label to my camera roll the second I get it, and they let me combine different orders etc. Yesterday I received a notification that I only received $14 back from the return order and when I contacted them, they said it was because they sent me two shipping labels, and that I used one for everything (the one that was only for one single shirt instead of the other 14 items). Now they are refusing to refund me, even though everything was shipped to a shein warehouse, because it was the "wrong" warehouse. They refuse to send back the clothes too saying they're lost now since I used the wrong shipping label. Is there any recourse against this?? I partly feel it's retaliation because I forced them to pay me back $700 for return shipping a crappy couch back to LA. They wouldn't give me a shipping label, made me pay out of pocket and then put up a fight to pay me back like they said, but I got it eventually. Anyways, please help.
