Salam sisters!

I’m a very new revert and work as a first responder. My uniform is a short sleeve shirt that is already pretty thick and I am looking for a recommendation for a very thin long sleeve to wear underneath to keep my arms covered without making me boil in the summer heat.

Recommendations for hijabs that also don’t make you overheat and will stay in place while I work would also be appreciated.
