Missed Biometrics Appointment
I did my 2 times online reschedule biometrics appointment for 485. My dad is in a very critical condition and he’ll be performing a surgery soon. I will unfortunately miss the biometrics appointment. I did my online 2 times reschedule and as soon as I realized i will miss the appointment but the sent a very uninformed email saying that they sent the notice already which say that my appointment is July 13 but I won’t be able to make it. I did make my due diligence and called on June 10th when I realized my dad’s situation and they replied on June 30 and when it was uninformative and I called back they said I can’t submit any request less than 30 days, but that means my appointment will be missed? Am I at risk that my case will be denied? Any helpful insight will be appreciated!
