Experienced and Novice DMs: what do you wish was in more DM-sections in rulebooks?

I am creating a TTRPG currently and though I have a bit of experience, I have never included a GM section, but have now realized the error in my ways. What are some things you'd wish GM sections included?

A Public Apology from a UoR MP

Hello DoRians. As an MP of the UoRian National Assembly, I want to apologize. I want to apologize for our previous PM. She has 'resigned'. I would like you all to not hate UoRians, as we, UoRians don't hate you. I believe this was genuinely just a series of misunderstandings. It was a few silly people who since have resigned and left politics entirely. I have to add, that both parties did commit mistakes, but that doesn't make us less guilty. For this reason, I'd like to conduct diplomacy talks with the DoRian PM or any high ranking official immediately

The PM has attempted a coup d'etat (unsuccessfully) and was found guilty in 15+ charges. She called CITIZENS pigs and threathened 'slaugthering' them. Now, the mods decided its not canon, but do you want a party which responds to criticism by ruining democracy

MP-candidate program

I am Deruis, I am a new moderate leftist MP candidate for West RPS. I was born in a small mining town in Stonebastian so I know the real problems of rural people. I will work for keeping the traditions of farmers, while still uplifting them, with mechanization loans and free education (which does not exist currently) and promoting peace. Its gonna be us, common people who will be in the worst position in case of a war. Vote for me for real representation and a real program!

Its exactly the same. Both are funny in my opinion, but genuinely how can you be so miserable your fun is ACTIVELY hating on other people.

Obviously, you can hate on 67, you have a right to do so, but also, what do you get from that? Joy? Thats very sad. Anger? Why would you do it then? Feeling like being part of a community? Go join a club.

I am saying all of this with the best of intetions and if this post gets removed it will be clear you all don't have the slightest of goodwill in yourselves.
