Working from home and I'm desperate for some answers

Hey all - I have Frontier Fiber 500G at my new place after moving from the other side of town, where I had the exact same internet.

Since moving in, it has gone down (0 internet, eero light is red) from about 3-4 pm each day to around 5-7pm. I work from home from 10am-7pm, so this has been a major issue for over a week.

I'll cut through 90% of the story, but essentially, I have been on the line with support over 8 times for a collective of over 4 hours, had a technician come out and replace the ONT and router cable, and it got a little better, but the main issue mentioned still persists. Now I'm not getting a response from our tech, and the AT&T internet we tried as backup is way too slow for me to work with.

What are my options here? I feel like I have done every imaginable step to fix this on my own. Did the technician just wire us in badly? The ONT rarely seems to be the problem, but it is outside in direct sunlight around these hours. No one will listen to me when I request to move it elsewhere.

I'm not getting paid while it's down, and my paycheck is seriously suffering while i already have no money after moving. I just desperately need this to work. My neighbors seem to have 0 issues with their fiber with Frontier, so why is it just us?
