Free front row tickets - today at 3pm

Hey hey! Due to a family emergency I can’t make the 3pm show today in Melbourne. But I have FRONT ROW TICKETS I don’t want going to waste. If anyone is around and can get there, send me a message and I’ll work out how to transfer the tickets to you! Free of course.

I’m devastated as I’ve had these booked since last December but it’s impossible for me.

Turning 18 & powerlifter (female)

Hello! It’s our daughter’s 18th birthday and her main hobby/interest is the gym. She powerlines competitively and is in the gym 6 days a week.

For her birthday I’ve bought her a new gym bag and I want to fill it with useful/fun things to help her enjoy the gym even more. So far I have:
- protein shakers
- drink bottles
- new gym towels
- one gym outfit - shorts and top (I’m worried about not getting her style/size totally correct so don’t want too many clothes)
- lifting gloves
- a tub of creatine (she uses daily)
- a mango/passionfruit protein water

What else can I pop in there that might suit an 18F female? Would be nice to have something a bit nicer maybe? Was thinking possibly a body spray but have no idea what is trendy these days!

I’m absolutely vibing casual jumpsuits right now. I’m a youth worker so they’re comfortable for activities at work but put together enough to not look unprofessional. Now that it’s getting colder, I’m really struggling for what I can wear over these. I don’t want to lose the snatched waist look and struggling with the bulgy sleeves. I have attached pics of my favourites that I own, please send help and recommendations!

When going down the surgery route my doctor asked my what my goal weight was, I’d never considered it so I picked an arbitrary number that I think sounded fine - 75kg.

I’ve hit that now but still feel like I’m still a decent way from where I want to be, especially looking in the mirror. I just wonder how everyone else knew they were “there”. Was it was the size you were wearing, a number on the scale or something else? I guess I have a fear of not seeing myself clearly and maybe going too far without realising?

Now onto maintenance: I’ve never counted calories since surgery and in the 10 months have just prioritised protein intake and haven’t really introduced carbs much. When you decided to “stop losing” how did you manage the transition? I’d rather not calorie count but not sure if there is another logical way to do it. If I did start calorie counting I don’t really know where to start for a daily goal. Would love to hear other’s experience and how you stopped losing without gaining?
