Im terrified. Im having a gynecologist appointment soon to begin the steps to a hysterectomy. But I'm terrified of an internal exam and i know Ill refuse to put my legs in stir ups

Am I going to have to bite the bullet and get a internal exam done regardless? Any advice for how to advocate would be amazing
