FOUND: credits to etvlknox for finding the music video i was talking about, you went really obscure on this catch!

to describe the square image for the music , i think it was a purple or blue galaxy background, and on the image was a cartoon character of donald duck or scrooge mcduck, i can remember clerly, its definitely not from the Dance Dance Revolution Disney Mix. There was definitely no people singing to the song. And a moon is placed on the image to show the cartoon character. i think it was placed in a fanmade in ddr or modded ddr
