June 2025-2026, 20M, 85kg constant.
It has been a year since I started to track my fitness, i started working out at the community gym.
Although I had a good protein intake, I didn't buy additional whey, only creatine.
I tried to keep my weight constant and also lose my skinny fat as much as I can for this stage, as I was naturally weak.
