Tips to prevent bleeding shins? 352lbs/160kg

My shins were gushing after this set. I always learned that the bar should scrape your shins. Any tips to prevent it?

Form check 120 kg deadlift at 75 kg, any tips?

Trying to up my weight progressively but I don't want to injure myself with the wrong technique. Currently mostly doing 5 x 50, 5 x 80 and then 5 x whatever I'm feeling a bit higher. Today I tried 120 for 1RM which felt doable.

Typical at home circuit

Here is a typical circuit I’ll do at home during the current training block. I will flow between these exercises continuously with minimal breaks 5-6 times. Keeping intensity moderate and not going to failure on each one.

My warm up is just going through the movements lightly.

I use this kind of training strategically to lean out and stay lean while preserving muscle mass. It’s also very efficient for me as the workout ends up being 20-30 mins.

I know I won’t build new muscle with this (maybe a little if it’s a novel stimulus), it’s not the point.

I will do this 4-5 times a week right now, I will also do 1-2 heavy strength days again to help maintain while leaning out.

13 pullups??!!

38/F. I got this (13 kinda ugly reps) after 2 hours of bouldering. I did not send my project 💔 (I missed ONE move at the top) sp frustration motivated me to better my 12-rep previous max. My goal is 15, and for them to be cleaner. I think if I come in fresh, it will go better. Tips welcome.

Looking to improve posture + form.

As the title hints , currently my goal is to improve flexibility, exercise form and posture.

My main struggles are anterior pelvic tilt, forward head and weak core. Therefore, I have attached two videos where you can easily identify those problem areas.

I am seeking for specific advice.

Thank you

37 / 10 months / 190lbs > 174lbs

Being a dad with a full time job and business I fell into a less than ideal pattern of eating whatever, inconsistent training, not prioritizing good sleep and recovery.

Finally end of last summer I just said enough is enough and locked in. It hasn’t been a linear path but I have a much better baseline now and all around feel amazing compared to the first photo.

Hight protein whole nutrient dense foods, solid sleep, daily training of varying intensity with minimalist tools like calisthenics, bands, isometrics and kettlebells, all done at home, zero alcohol and very little highly processed foods.

I’ve had considerable experience in training in various modalities throughout my teenage years and 20s so muscle memory helps a ton.

Training less..look more jacked

34f, 11mos in between pics, first pic about 71kg (june 2025) and now 68-69. I just try to be healthy, no specific goals. Have a bad back problem that doesn’t let me lift heavy anymore. I think it’s working better for me (other than the fact I have to get back surgery, but hey). Used to do 4 days split upper/lower and now I just do 3x full body. Have a limited gym and do not lift heavy anymore, no heavy squats or deadlifting whatsoever. I am well aware of what I eat most times though.

Incline Dumbbell Press

I never barbell bench, haven’t tried in years. Based on my incline dumbbell press with 45 lb dumbbells, what would you estimate I’d be able to bench press? Just curious what I might be able to do lol.
