Incline Bench Press: 225lb x 5reps

My favorite lift. I’m a bit weaker than I used to be due to cutting for a long time and not doing it quite slow enough but still real proud of being able to hit this weight consistently. This was my 4th set and still felt real comfortable.

Not as impressive as a lot I see on here but it still feels real good!

30 [M4A] #US #Online - Pspspsps if you're a cat look here. If you're not I also like to make friends

I've got a lot of time on my hands and really enjoy chatting. I like learning about new things, making stupid jokes, just going on about whatever really. I'll never hit you with a single word response I like to expand and inquire about more.

You can see what I look like on my profile. I fucking love cats. I read a ton of SFF. I like to workout, I like to swim. I play video games. I work in IT. I enjoy dancing in the kitchen to a song in my head. If I don't pluck it I've got one hell of a unibrow. I make my own beef jerky. I enjoy cooking and my favorite dish to cook is Chicken Parmesan. I like to fantasize in life about what could be and have vivid daydreams of a possible life where all kinds of different possibilities are available.

If this sounds good to you, hit me up!

Jan to Today -54lbs Leaning out hard!

I’ve had a hard focus on being leaner and lowering the body fat % over just chasing bigger and bigger lifts every week. It’s been going really well and I’m really happy with how leaning out has made me look and feel.

Grandma passed and would love your positivity

Just wanting positive thoughts, I’ve been having a hard time with it. Verification photo and a photo of me just dressed nicely. Need more of those I can see when scrolling lmao.

M/30/6’ [247lb > 195lb = 52lb](7 months) Locked in on weight loss this year vs just chasing strength.

I was chasing strength for a long time and was eating a lot bigger for it. Saw myself and was not happy with how I was looking even though I was the strongest I’d been.

I locked in on the cut and have been going since the start of the year. I’m finally seeing some abs for the first time in my life! I’ll need loose skin surgery to see the lower abs if I ever do that (used to be 360lbs total) but I’m really happy seeing the top come in.

I’m definitely not as strong as I was. I’m sure some of that is just being in a deficit consistently for such a long time and I think I’ll regain strength when I drop back into maintenance but I’m ok with it. I’m sure not all of it, but some.

I was never going to be a strongman or powerlifter who competed so giving some of that up to be leaner and happier with myself in the mirror is worth it!

14/17/18/30/30 - Came a long way from what I was in middle school but it definitely gave me a sense of humor

Was not a cute kid most my life and struggled with my weight my whole life. Under control as an adult and I’ve come a long way. Looking back at the old photos is tough sometimes but important to remember where I came from and what built me into the man I am today.

Do any of these look good for a nice dinner?

Going to a nicer restaurant for dinner. Want to look good but not “too good” and I thought these pants were nice but they’re kind of a dark grey and wanted to see which shirt you think matches the vibe well enough.

I also did buy a white belt but wasn’t sure if the last two shirts were light enough to warrant that so didn’t grab a picture with it.

I think I got the ‘stache to work, am I right?

After hitting a weight loss goal I wanted to see the jawline to see how it’s coming along but I kept the mustache. Haven’t really felt like it suited me before but I’m liking it with a bit of stubble.

Not sure it’s a forever look as I do like a beard but feeling like I can pull it off.

To tuck or not to tuck, that is the question

Not sure which is the right choice I think there’s benefits to both.
