My FXLRS won’t turn on. One day after work started up like normal until I got on the freeway. At 75mph the throttle response was abnormal wouldn’t go any faster. Pulled over turned the bike off to inspect it. I didn’t see any wire problems. Then go to turn the bike back on the same noice in the video. I put a new battery, throttle by wire, spark plugs,and coil. Still not working. Any suggestions
