Just rode the new Low Rider ST. What's your honest opinion?

I finally got the chance to ride the new Low Rider ST today.

First impression: way more fun than I expected. It feels lighter than it looks, has plenty of torque, and the fairing actually works better than I thought.

If you've ridden one, what did you like or dislike?

And if you had the choice, would you pick the Low Rider ST or something else in the Harley lineup?

Converting sporster 883 to 1250

Hello fellow HD fans!

I have a 2005 883 sporster and am thinking of putting a S&S kit on it.
Can you guys give me some references of how it worked on your bike or if its worth the cost in speed and power or just a shitload of money for not much?

I love to bike, even with my 2m length (6,5ft) and some forward controls. I really dont want to buy another bike for that matter

Thanks for your input/help!

Is It fixable? Scratches on fuel tank

Made a dumb mistake, there are some scratches as shown in photo. What can I do without repainting the bike? Is there a touch up paint for this Blue burst? (Fxbbs 2024 Blue burst)

Thanks

Well it happened..

Took a little spill today, since I'm being completely honest it was my own damn fault. A car was turning left onto the road I was on, they waited for me to get by but kinda blocked lanes on the other side of the road. I got cocky gave a little rev and turned my head like "the fuck are you doing?" I look up and there's a car stopped at a red light I hit the brakes too hard and lost control, thinking back on it I should've let off the brakes when it started to skid but it too late now. Bike went down I got a little banged up but all in all I'm just happy I was able to walk away and I was still able to ride the bike home. I did lose a rear turn signal and got some gnarly scrapage on my engine guard. Sorry for the long post just had to get that off my chest and remind everyone, we are not invincible don't let ego fuck your day up. Ride safe friends. I'll be back on the road next week!

Can I/how do I disable ABS on the 21 Pan Am

Hello all, I’ve had my Pan America for about two months now and I’m loving it. The only thing I’m struggling with is the rear ABS. On my previous bikes I was used to using the rear brake hard when cornering to back it in. On the Pan America, the ABS steps in before that happens, and I keep finding myself fighting it out of habit. Is there a way to disable or reduce rear ABS specifically through the ride modes/settings? Not looking to remove all safety aids, just trying to understand what options the bike has. Thanks

Can you help me know what’s wrong?

So me and my buddy were hitting the twisties and he has a sports bike. I’m doing my best to keep up on my 2024 road glide and having fun. Then, out of no where I got my check engine light

I’ll start by saying all maintenance has been on time at the dealership. It has 17k miles.

So when I was rolling on the throttle, it felt like I was in the wrong gear and lugging it. I honestly wasn’t but I chilled out and quit running it so hard. I kept a modest pace and eventually out of no where it kicked back into riding normally. Then I tried to speed up a bit and it went back to limp mode (I’m assuming that’s what it was alternating between).

So I chill out. Ride to my buddies house to google what code I was showing (pic related and posted). I didn’t show anything else. If I try to overtake a car, it will eventually go back into limp mode. Maybe not the first car, maybe not the second. But I cleared the code 3 times and it came back all three times so I’m not clearing it again until I can bring it to the dealership Friday

Any thoughts?

Crooked handlebars/risers

Got a Milwaukee twins 6.5” pullback risers. Recently noticed that the handlebars are crooked when shown against the top triple tree. The left (red) is further forward than the right (blue). Anyone else have this issue?

Anyone else have issues with Harley being terrible at setting up your HDFS account?

Both times when I bought my wife's softail slim, and then my road king special, they put my employer's phone number on the account instead of mine, and I had to call HDFS to have them remove it and add mine.

With the first bike the softail slim for my wife it almost made me miss my first payment because getting the account setup when you are not the listed number was a major hassle.

Thankfully with the second bike I already had a functioning login for the HDFS website, but it was still annoying when I bought my road king special they removed my cell phone number and put the number I listed for my employer.

Got my first bike abut a month ago.

And I love this thing so far.

2018 FXBB with only 5600mi on the clock when I got it. I replaced the tires, since they were the originals, had a 3-hole oil change and a brake flush. Additionally had a mechanic give it a look-over while he had it and he says it’s mechanically sound and a nice bike.

Previous post was first start. Here is the ending of the first ride. 1951 FL.

Definitely have a few items on the checklist for this thing but put a handful of miles on it today after getting it started for the first time yesterday.

It was interesting to ride a tank shift for the first time!

Everyone Needs a Spare, Right?

Found these in a few dealerships on my road trip. For the folks who want to go full-on Stage 5, bypassing Stages 3 & 4. 😎

Help please! 2019 SG

I took my bike (2019 Street Glide) apart yesterday trying to switch the handlebars, but I think something went wrong when I was putting my ignition switch back in. I can't get to to move at all, and if it does move, it's because I press the little tab on the bottom in and just kinda wiggle it loose and turn it with the key in. I typically just use the fob to ride, but I had to use the key to remove the knob and now it's just not turning or working at all. At one point, it seemed like it might have work because the screen came on, but that's it. I don't want to break it, so I just kinda let it be until someone can maybe help out? Harley shop will be closed until Tuesday too so. That's fun.
