Recommendations for a tall bolt on sissy bar luggage rack for a 2 up saddle for my 2012 FXDC?

I want to do some hard camping before the cold weather comes in. I don’t plan to have a passenger. I want one so that I can strap a travel bag on the rack. Something like this would be good. I don’t want to spend a fortune, but I’ll spend what it takes. Thanks all in advance.

So I paid $100 for this Remington Mark II today.

Is this a good find? I’d never heard of it. It’s very clean, fully functional, and came with the case. I learned today they were made in Germany, and were also sold as the Torpedo 18. I think I did well.

Cleaned up my $50 S-C 1946 4A and boy-oh-boy! But...

Not much to clean, as this machine was well kept. I'd like to get a case or a suitable substitute, as it was not in the market stall where I found it. Any tips on this last point are solicited. 'Did some testing typing, and it functions beautifully. It is in remarkably good condition, and I couldn't be happier with it. I look forward to journaling and generating correspondence.

I bought this S-C Sterling 4A yesterday at an antique market for $50. Clean inside and out. All keys work, no sticking, completed a functional test with no issues. What have I got and how did I do??? Thanks in advance.

Re: my 2006 FLHT/CUI and NOT finding neutral

I just got this bike off the lift after a protracted period for repairs -> many issues resolved (some self-inflicted), but it began with a snapped final drive belt, so the full primary came off. I did it by the book, including clutch install and adjustment. I can find neutral easily before starting it, but once I'm on the road, neutral is NOT to be found, whether at the light or rolling into a parking spot. But if I shut it down (in 1st - since I can't get to neutral), it is easily found. I can shift gears, but can't get it out of gear into neutral**.** Any advice to resolve this is appreciated. Thanks.

Not a complete newbie here (I just replaced the final drive belt on this bike), but I've not much experience doing this, but it seems uncomplicated. The front brake is dual-disk, and starting on the right side, I immediately find the bleeder valve hard to crack open, meaning it won't budge. I'm using a small 1/4" closed-end wrench (not much leverage), and it seems right. What I don't want to do is damage the nut. Am I on track? Any tips on getting this to open? <thanks all>
