Graduated Last Year, Unsure What To Do?

Hi all,

I have been working in the car industry as a service advisor for a dealership for about 3 years now, making $90K a year now. I did car sales from 2018-2023 with a year in between doing in home sales for HVAC systems, and am now working at the service advisor position with another dealer. I guess I'm tired of working most Saturdays and coming in on the weekday off that I get, as well as mediocre benefits.
I graduated last year from a state school where I went back and finished a marketing degree I started before getting into the auto industry. The issue is I don't want to take a pay cut of mroe than $10K, and most marketing positions I see pay less than that. At this point I'm wondering if it's worth pursuing careers that require a degree, or if I should cut my losses, forget about the money I spent on college and stick it out as a service advisor.

Career Change

Wondering where to go from here. Did car sales for 6 years, then moved to advising where I have been for 3 years in order to have some weekends and a better schedule to finish a marketing degree I started years before. Feeling burnt out and want to leave the dealership industry, but want to avoid a steep pay cut if possible. Anyone here have been in a similar situation?
