Method 540 ANC Extreme battery drain in one earbud
I just got these delivered couple days ago and I love them so much but one of the earbuds consistently drains faster than the other. Is this normal?
I have seen that this can happen if one of the buds isn’t actually charging while it’s in the case but I made sure they were both at 100% when I started using them around 4 hours ago.
Could using multipoint and having them connected to my iPhone and pc all the time or using them for long calls cause this to happen?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
