Can't Order Internet Package
Hello. I am trying to purchase an internet package for a new address. I am moving out from my parent's home into a new apartment. It is worth noting I have a pre-existing secondary Xfinity account under my mother's account, who currently pays for internet at her home.
When I set up all my options for my internet package including my new address and go to checkout, it simply brings me to my Xfinity homepage without having confirmed any purchases. When I click on the option to check my plan, it brings me to an error page, stating "Your order deserves a little more attention."
What can I do to resolve this? Has my payment actually gone through? I am trying to set up internet for my new address ASAP.

EDIT: I ended up making a new Xfinity account and ordered it under that, it seems to have worked.
