What to do in this situation?

I'm unsure how to handle this situation or if it's out of the norm. Our realtor had photos taken of our house last Wednesday. He said the photos would be back by Friday and he'd have our house listed over the weekend and Monday at the latest. We signed all forms on Wednesday, including disclosures.

Fast forward to Monday, hadn't heard anything. I reached out and asked if it would be listed. He said he hasn't received the disclosures. We said it says we signed them last week (electronic). He agreed they had them. Didn't hear back, reached out again on Tuesday. Same thing, just checking for the disclosures with his assistant but ensures us the house is active now. Wednesday rolls around, house still isn't showing active or on any search engines, including their personal website that they post listings on. I reach out again in the morning (Wednesday) asking for the link to the listing itself. He said he was driving but that his assistant would send it to me soon. It's Thursday morning, still haven't received anything, house still isn't showing active. I have several people I know that are interested but no listing or photos to share.

We live in a rural area where the realtors here aren't very good, but this is the best realtor around which is why we signed with him. In one of the papers we signed, it said we can't terminate our agreement with him or we owe them $1,000. At what point is what he is doing abnormal? Or is this typical? We're moving for my husbands job in less than three weeks and he knows that every day counts for us right now.

Thanks in advance!

For future parents that fly with carseats

Before we flew a few weeks ago (for the first time with kids), I had done a ton of research on whether I should put my infant and toddler in a carseat during our flight or check the carseats. On so many threads (including one on this sub) I saw many recommended to use the carseat, even some flight attendants. I bought the recommended FAA approved carseat (Cosco Scenera) for 2/3 of my kids and we were ready to go!

First flight we were told we couldn't bring it on by the flight attendant. I showed her the boarding passes for the kids as well as the FAA sticker on the carseat. Eventually, we got them on the plane (pilot okay-ed it) and the kids buckled in ready to go. Before take off, the pilot found us on the plane and said he needed to talk to us. He said next time, we need to look up the plane itself because FAA carseats aren't always allowed on smaller planes. I politely agreed, not wanting to get kicked off this flight. During the flight, the FA came and apologized for being rude and that she didn't want to lose her job because she has only seen three carseats on planes in her career and they never fit correctly. She also expressed how she feels bad for the kids she sees with their legs all bunched up but could now see that our carseats actually fit quite well.

The experience was so stressful and chaotic that on the way back, we gate checked them and had my infant on my lap and waisted our paid seat for her. My toddler was all over the place, unbuckling his seat belt (more more difficult for him than the flight in his carseat). But I knew from the first flight and same plane type that they'd give me a hard time if I brought the carseats again.

All this to say - if you fly with a carseat, beware of the potential pushback you may receive. It's stressful enough traveling with young kids as it is. I wish I had known beforehand what to expect so I just wanted to let other parents know :)

Eta: we pre-selected seats and did pre-boarding to ensure we got the carseats installed ahead of time. We still were the last ones in our seats due to the hassle from the FA and pilot.
