Prata/fish curry recipe?
Hi guys, does anyone have any copycat recipes for those typical prata that you can find in Indian hawker stalls? Most of the recipes I've found online incorporates condensed milk in it which I'm sure follows more closely to the Malaysia style ones. The ones that we are used to are more savory so I'm pretty confident there's no condensed milk involved. I'm based overseas right now and really craving my favorite breakfast food 😭 If someone knows anyone from their mamak stall that can share the recipe please help a brother out 🙏
Also any chance someone has info on the type of curry powder used in the fish curry as well or a recipe I can follow? I've tried babas curry powder and the taste is definitely very different from the Indian stall ones.
