Attention and income are two different systems, and most creators are only building one of them

You can fix your view consistency completely and still make zero dollars, because getting attention and turning it into money are separate skills that don't happen automatically. One is about hooks and timing, the other is about actually having something to offer once someone's paying attention. Which side are you actually stuck on, getting people to see it, or getting them to do anything once they have? Curious how that splits for people here.

Burnout hit me harder from unfinished loops than from actually posting a lot

Always assumed burnout was a volume problem, post less, rest more. Turned out mine came from never going back to anything, publish, immediately think about the next one, never actually look at how the last ten did. Started closing the loop on one post a week, actually reading the comments and checking the numbers properly instead of glancing and moving on. Didn't change my output at all, but it made the whole thing feel less like a treadmill. Anyone else's burnout turn out to be about something other than volume?
