Got my herald patch near my armpit/chest in mid march (derm confirmed) and haven't had any other rashes.

A couple weeks ago I got a small scaly red patch, a bit raised, about three inches above my wrist. Thought it was an ingrown hair at first but hasn't gone away. Anyone else get patches on the lower arms? Doesn't seem common online, so not positive if it's PR or not as I haven't had any patches aside my herald.
