What do I do with this team? Do I sell and rebuild or do I hold?

I feel like I could possibly compete especially since there's no true powerhouse team in my league but not sure. I feel like there are too question marks when it comes to this team. Some high ceiling but low floor type guys. Its a 10 man 1QB league.

Sitting at the 1.11 but looking to move up. Do I trade up for Jonah Coleman even with Harvey on my team, or go for Stowers in my TE+ league? Also have the 2.08.

12 man SF Full PPR. Got a buddy of mine who just offered Lamar. Buddy said hes looking for RBs and WRs. Told him that Baker and Nix would be available for this trade. Just don't know what else to offer to appease his needs. I'd prefer to keep my big 3 WRs and Gibbs, most likely Jacobs as well since im weak after that.
