Some friends and me wanted to play one last Extra Grand Battle event and drove 2h to Ljubjana to play. All of us were succesfull with our application through the bandai app.

A bit earlier we got here and the store owner refused to let us play, as he makes a raffle via his discord and chooses who can play through this way.

We already filed a complaint via the bandai support site.

It is sad that some business owner can deny you access to play the game because you don't do it his shady way.

This way to handle things really puts a lot of harm on the reputation and great organisation of events from bandai and most stores.

I love to play the game and will keep playing, but stuff like this shouldn't happen.
