Hello, just want to ask what ER and Speed I need for a Yaoguang E0S0 and Huohuo, both Vonwacq build for my SW999 200SPD. My current team is SW999, Yaoguang, EMC, and Huohuo.

Hello, I just came back from a long hiatus where my main team before was Kafka DOT. Now I want to main SW999 so I plan to pull for her characters in the future when they rerun (Yao Guang/Sparxie). My question is should I pull for Dahlia now that I was able to pull Firefly before so that I can have a at least semi-decent second team? Is it confirmed for Yao Guang to be on 4.3 or just a huge possibility? Thank you.
