I know most corperates book them a year in advance, but my company merged and doubled our personnel recently so we need to change venues last minute. Does anyone know any venues with large capacities still available for an office Christmas party?
I’ve been looking into apps that block screen time- specifically the ones where you have to workout if you want to spend any time on social media & other select apps.
The ones on the market seem to mostly do squats and push ups- I usually customize those excercises so they’re hyper mobile friendly but these apps don’t give me that option, it’s just the standard movement.
Does anyone else use these apps and if so have u found one with Hypermobility friendly workouts on it?
I haven’t played for about 10 years but I’m trying to be more active. Are there any adult badminton teams?
