Just decided to spend my summer getting in better shape. I started up a couple of months ago after a slow year and a subsequent weight gain, so this is early days.
I decided to try a 500 meter to set a reference time for later (see screenshot).
I guess my questions are as follows:
Is the time decent for my age group? I am a 44 yo male weighing 80 kg.
I hit a brick wall about 300 meters in. Any tips?
My aim is a sub 40 minute 10 k by Christmas. Is this doable and how many times/week should I aim for?
