Today I bought a ticket from TickPick for a World Cup game and it says I have to go to my email to check if I received an email from FIFA and transfer the tickets to the app , I get the email and I follow all the steps and it takes me to the “fifa resale marketplace” so that I can accept the transfer but I don’t seee the ticket at all in the website, does anybody know as to why this is happening ??
